We operate in the field of control and planning of the entire project lifecycle delivery process from the initiation phase of a project to the completion of the construction delivery and asset handover phases. Our services will include, but not be limited to
⦁ develop and finalise necessary frameworks for the project control and scheduling
⦁ create, develop and maintain project schedules in line with guidelines and procedures
⦁ produce succinct reports as required between delivery streams
⦁ review and monitor adequacy of key milestones contingencies
⦁ verify projects milestones completion according to “rules of credit”
⦁ finalise projects monthly progress updates in the timely manner
⦁ add new process, tasks and milestones as required
⦁ keep all the projects attributes in the schedules up to date
⦁ provide early warning to project managers regarding to key milestones slippage
⦁ develop project change requests in line with change control guidelines and procedures
⦁ support all the queries and verify all the key milestones dates in the relevant reports
⦁ review and evaluate the tender/contract programs prepared for the projects and provide constructive advice regarding to achievability of internal and external commitments
⦁ provide training to the project team as required
⦁ assisting projects managers with what if scenarios
⦁ attend all relevant project workshops and meetings deemed necessary by the client
⦁ assisting projects managers with identifying cost control issues
⦁ developing P50 and P80 contingency into the schedule by utilizing Monte Carlo simulation
⦁ implementation of earned value management
